My name is Lew and what started out as a hobby quickly became a business when friends, co-workers and family members saw the kinds of knives I was creating and wanted to buy them. Sales, until recently, have been primarily word-of-mouth and the reactions to my knives have been so overwhelmingly positive that I felt it was time to take my creations "public" and make them available on a website.

As for myself, I'm a retired cop living in South Carolina, operating a home-based landscaping and lawn-care service. I have a great love and respect for nature and enjoy getaways with my family and friends. I also make one of the best southern BBQ pork-roasts you'd ever want to eat!
